Description
The Senior Manager & Certification Regime (SM&CR) Project will implement changes to the insurer in line with the FCA & PRA regulations. The insurer is looking for a Trainer on SMCR. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a growing insurance company across the UK.
To be successful you must have the following experience:
- Full cycle of training expertise (essential)
- SMCR knowledge (senior insurance regime/senior managers regime/senior managers certification regime/SM&CR/SIMR/SMR/IAR/Individual accountability regime)
- Developing outcomes, TNA, Training design, delivery and evaluation
- Regulatory content expertise and in particular conduct, (essential)
- Multi-media delivery including E-learning Scripting (in-house capability to translate into module)
- Project management including UAT and pilots
- Stakeholder engagement including sign-off
Good all-round experience of working in regulatory change programmes where educating people is a key requirement to drive cultural change.
