Sales Operations Analyst
Sales Operations Analyst based in London
12 month contract, potential to extend
As a Sales Operations Analyst you will address a variety of issues from partner onboarding process to account management. The successful candidates will have strong customer service instincts, enjoy interacting with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders via phone and email, and a passion for the products. You will be responsible for increasing our partner and internal sales teams satisfaction through coordination and support on key initiatives.
Essential skills:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize & manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to quickly adapt to change and deal with ambiguity
- Prior experience in a sales support environment/analyst environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce and ProsperWorks is a plus.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets
- Experience in a partner/channel environment
