Duration: 5 Months, view to extend
Rate: £300 - £350 per/day
Our Financial Services client urgently require a Client Relationship Manager. Within this team you will provide second line and specialist support for commercial clients using an online banking channel.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience working as a CRM within digital banking environment.
- An understanding of Commercial Banking clients and their digital banking needs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain often complex subjects to senior stakeholders.
- Strong management information analysis skills, with ability to interpret and explain trends and patterns to senior stakeholders.
