I am working with a globally known consultancy who are currently in the market for a Service Now Architect for aa 6 month contract basis.Scope of work -
- Participate in Transition & Transformation project
* Provide Architecture & Standards requirements, including interfaces & dataflows to the SM Toolset and coordinate with other tools - internal and external - as needed
* Coordinate and agree with SM Toolset Owner
* Support Contractor in their design workshops
* Review design based on Yara requirement
* Support creation of documentation and training material as needed
* Review the reporting - incl SLA
* Contribute to set-up of Governance, such as CAB, Architecture forums
* Support test case creation, execution and analysis
Experience required -
5+ years experience as Architect
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow
Personal skills -
good communication skills
Drive meetings and workshops with multiple parties
Drive a team to get the work completed
