Order Manager Intra-Group Supplies with profound Supply Chain Management skills wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, at least vocational education in commercial professions
- 3+ years' of experience in Supply Chain role in Health Care, Consumer Goods or Chemical industry along with know-how of ERP implementation methodology
- Sound understanding of Supply Chain processes incl. customer service and vendor management as well as 3+ years' experience in SAP
- Expertise of Office applications (Excel, Power Point, WinWord) and Visio in addition to proven project management skills ideally in a cross-functional project
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills coupled with strong influencing skills, customer orientation and ability to coach people
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Performing system bookings for returns and issue credit notes in a timely manner taking into consideration month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial timelines
- Supporting regular updates on Supply Parameters such as MOQ, LT with affiliate and supplier in SAP system
- Defining and deciding on priorities for physical deliveries in collaboration with Logistics Experts
- Preparing and conducting regular supply review meetings with customers and suppliers
- Leading and implementing end-to-end order migration and supply readiness for intra-group projects
