Our leading UK Banking client are looking for individuals to join their Commercial Client Service Management Team, who provide second line and specialist support for commercial clients using the online banking channel. The core functions of this team are to provide technical support to clients using the channel, and to develop recommendations for improvement following analysis of feedback from various inputs.

The chosen applicants for this role will have experience of working in a service improvement or idea generation role, and will ideally have digital banking and commercial banking client experience.

Skills and background required:

  • An in-depth knowledge of the digital banking environment
  • An understanding of Commercial Banking clients and their digital banking needs
  • A demonstrable commitment to client service excellence
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain often complex subjects to senior stakeholders
  • Good awareness of financial services marketplace and industry issues
  • Ability to build a change idea from simple problem statement to defined proposal
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills to ensure support for their proposals.
  • Workshop and governance meeting facilitation skills
  • Proven track record of innovation, idea generation, and problem solving
  • Ability to lead groups of colleagues on project initiatives, ensuring they are bought in to our goals.
  • Strong management information analysis skills, with ability to interpret and explain trends and patterns to senior stakeholders.
  • Highly developed visual and verbal presentation skills
