- Finance M&A Integration Support
- £360 per day
- 6 month contract
- Role based in Cambridge

Accountabilities:
- Providing end-to-end support for all Finance integration processes
- Collating and tracking integration budgets for each of the workstreams involved in each M&A transaction
- Supporting due diligence of target companies in order to evaluate key risks and opportunities for Finance and to assess integration challenges
- Assisting with the compilation of completion accounts for targets post-close, reviewing SPAs for accounting implications and coordinating PPA exercises
- Assisting with the development of post-close integration plans for Finance and ensuring relevant risks are mitigated
Required skills:
- Qualified or near-qualified accountant
- Experience of working in a finance function and knowledge of budgeting processes
- Experience of working in M&A integration or other project-based roles
- Ability to manage change and deal with ambiguity, as well as the ability to quickly build a deep understanding of current business from a cultural and operational perspective
- Ability to quickly develop credibility and rapport with key stakeholders and work well in a highly collaborative environment
- Ability to track and follow up with multiple stakeholders, ensure timely deliverables and resolve issues
- Attention to detail, problem solver, enthusiastic and willing to be hands on
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
