Role description

The Managed Services team is an established centre of excellence leading the development and implementation of a portfolio of managed services that take on, transform and run critical components of clients' functions across Risk, Compliance, Technology and Legal. We are a high performing team of professionals motivated by new ideas and new thinking. We believe in breaking new ground in our target markets.

You will be working in a central team that develops, sells and delivers Managed Services across industry sectors. Your role will support in the go-to-market sales, business development and marketing areas across our propositions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and qualifying possible target clients for a specific managed service proposition, helping to outline a route to a pitch.
  • Facilitate various methods of outreach to internal and external stakeholders to promote the managed service proposition.
  • Developing client facing an internal material to educate a very senior audience and generate revenue streams for the Managed Services team
  • Develop and own management information and reporting on go to market activity.
  • Support with planning and resourcing to help embed agreed marketing activity.
  • Generating and facilitating new ways to market by engaging client, industry and competency leaders.
  • Manage, drive and own the tracking of communication to hundreds of clients and stakeholders about a proposition, through various routes across multiple statuses.
  • Creating, refining and centralising consistent processes, templates and tools for go to market activity.
  • Gaining rapid understanding of the product/service scope, target market segments and key deliverables.
  • Create material for, and lead regular update meetings with the internal team, and senior leadership.
  • Leading the production of high quality pitch decks and proposals to be presented to senior leadership and clients.
  • Become an advocate for managed services, helping to promote, raise awareness and sell.

You will have had considerable experience in:

  • Driving and tracking centralised processes, to reach a large number of end stakeholders.
  • Use of the Microsoft Suite - specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Project Management activities relating to the planning and delivery.
  • Set up and owning of centralised processes, tools and templates.
  • Successful management and delivery of projects to high quality and within timelines and scope.
  • Leading activities like market research, competitor analysis, value proposition development, market sizing and go-to-market plans.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders, provide meaningful stakeholder communication, both internally and externally.
  • Data analysis, problem solving and supporting key decision making based on credible insights.
