Our client a Swiss Multinational Investment Bank is looking for a Business Analyst/Test Lead to join their team in Zurich for an initial 6 months Contract.The candidate will be responsible for coordinating UAT testing activities, accountable for the execution of functional tests, defect tracking and defect management, to perform tests and re-tests. The candidate will also be responsible for Preparing test sign-offs, reporting on implementation and testing progress to the management. Demonstrable experience gained in a field of testing (e.g. Test Lead, Test Manager) and in larger system implementation in a regulated industry, preferably Banking is also essential.
The ideal candidate is expected to have strong business analytical skills and logical reasoning, challenging the status quo, experience in HR and Performance Management and a good understanding of regulatory requirements.
