Glossary/Data Analyst - Financial Services - Brighton - Retail Banking - Contract
What does this role holder do?
.Preparation of papers to support governance processes relating to business terms, Key Data Elements and data ownership
.Ensure all central records relating to KDEs and data ownership are maintained in a consistent format and in line with defined standards
.Undertake publication of glossary and lineage material relating to the Bank's data knowledgebase in a timely manner
Contract: 6 months
Start Date: ASAP to 4 weeks
Location: Brighton
Rate: Up to £450 per/day

Our well established and respected Retail Banking client is looking for a Data Analyst for an initial 6-month contract to maintain and enhance the banks business glossary which is the banks central source of all business terms.
Key Skills:
.MS Office + Sharepoint experience
.Working with the business glossary before would be big advantage
.Good understanding of data quality and data governance frameworks
.Good understanding of business terminology within a financial services organisation
.Experience in a financial services/banking environment and how data is utilised within this environment
.Familiarity with regulatory reports
.Experience in Data Analysis
.Strong excel, Powerpoint,access and sharepoint skills
