Project Manager
Whitehall Resources is looking for a Project Manager.
Job Description:
The division have two major vendors that delivers the POS application, service desk and field service worldwide. They also act as service integrators managing the third party vendors.
You will be interacting with and act as an important support for the negotiation team. The task is to support the negotiation team with content and material for decision concerning price and price models. The role will also be the overall responsible regarding cost and pricing in the renegotiation. Support negotiations by providing data and analysis. Build the models in Excel and provide the project with insight from different scenarios before and during the negotiations.
Key Tasks:
- Provide cost baseline for negotiations
- Build analytics models in Excel to support in cost scenarios
- Proactively support with the data analytics in strategic price model discussions
- Interact and coordinate with controllers, project manager, negotiation teams and other stake holders regarding cost and pricing
Key Requirements:
- Experience in procurement, analytics and controlling
- Proficient in Excel and building models
- Experienced in Powerpoint and building presentations
- Preferable good at transforming complex data to understandable decision material to senior stake holders
- Minimum 5 years of purchasing, preferable within IT
- Preferable experience of purchasing complex IT services with a global scope
- Ideally looking for someone who can speak both Swedish and English
