Change & Release Manager
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Change & Release Manager
Key Requirements:
- Responsible for planning and prioritising demands in close collaboration with our business representative.
- Set the scope of which demands are included in a certain release.
- Coordinate the CRD process from demand to implementation.
- Be responsible for the process and way-of-working concerning change process handled by the Mobile Device team.
- Be responsible to drive the demands to conclusion.
- Be part of the Mobile Device maintenance team.
- Represent Mobile Device in CAB-meetings.
Key Experience:
- ITIL Foundation.
- Experience of demands and/or requirement analysis.
- Experience from service delivery is an advantage.
- Experience of Release Management.
- Experience of project management.
- Fluent English in writing and speaking.
- Experience of change management or similar.
- Experience of Mobile Device.
