Job Description:
The SAP Organizational Change lead provides the people and organizational focus that enables benefits through a deliberate and strategic program to both manage change and enable the business transformation. Combined with consulting skills, industry and business knowledge, processes, measurements & tools to analyze organizational change issues and drive solutions that transform the client's business. Primary responsibilities are to develop and implement strategies, plans and specific activities across the following areas: change management, training, benefits realization, communications and stakeholder management. Extensive knowledge and experience in Change Management, Leadership Development, Coaching & Mentoring.
The SAP Organizational Change Lead will manage the change management team on SAP projects and manages relationships with client change management counterparts in complex environments. This is a hands-on client facing delivery role, not an account management or business development role.
Preferred candidates will have 15+ year prior consulting experience and at least one plus years of S4 HANA or HANA experience.
