Description
For our client we are lookging for a freelance Engineering Design Manager (m/f) to provide engineering expertise and advice, both on-site and from headquarters, to support reliable, high-quality, safe, sustainable and efficient services atoptimum cost levels.
Daily coordination, planning and instructions of the Design activities
Propose method statements and carry out engineering and calculations
Prepare the contractual qualifications and technical assumtions
Interface management with third parties
Ensure and monitor exectuion of project activities by the colleagues and third parties
Follow-up and analyse performance of engineering activities
Plan, lead and develop project members, assure adequate training of personnel
Bachelors degree in Civil, Geotechnical or Environmental Engineering required
Experience with offshore engineering disciplines associated with offshore wind or O&G construction projects
Experienced in Contract Management and Technical Leadership
Fluent in English (Polish nice to have)
