Description
Project Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector a Digital and New Technology area (client portal re-launch project). Web based project that deals with data imports that are aggregated and visualized in the GUI (Business Intelligence Solutions based on Qlik sense).Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years' working knowledge in managing projects in Financial Services with a proven track record of end to end delivery
- Experience managing IT project scope, schedules, budget and risks
- Management of internal and external relatonships
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, ZPMF Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ZPMF Professional certificate, Zurich Lean Yellow Belt certification or equivalent would be a plus.
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
- Only candidates located within a daily commutable distance to Zurich will be considered
Your tasks:
- Implementing local and regional projects or projects of a program with different delivery methodologies including Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean
- Producing a detailed project plan based on the agreed business case, controlling project delivery, time, cost and quality to drive project successfully along with conducting risk management planning and analysis
- Being responsible for resource allocation, performing trade-offs among competing objectives as well as maintaining scope, schedule and budget, to produce the specified result
- Ensuring timely and appropriate planning, creation, collection, storage, distribution and retrieval, along with controlling the ultimate disposition of project information
- Maintaining communication and engagement with stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations, supporting the sponsor in the setup of the project to ensure the business case
- Coordinating and defining the various project management processes within the Project Management Framework to evaluate the proposed delivery method as well as project management artifacts
