My prestigious Glasgow based Financial Services client urgently requires a Resourcing Business Manager to join them on an initial 6 month contract basis to work as part of their Global Resourcing Function.
The successful candidate will have experience of the following:
Technical Skills
* Technical & professional HR/Resourcing knowledge with a strong understanding of Financial Services
* Ability to think strategically at a broad organisational level
* Strong project management skills
* High level of personal organisation with ability multi-task, and execute at speed without direct line management control
* Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure, delivery focussed environment
* This role will need to be flexible to support changing levels of business activity
* Ability to deliver in a Matrix environment
* Outstanding networking skills
Key Competencies
* Business Skills - Including delivery solutions and decision making
* Stakeholder/relationship management - demonstrable first class stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with strong and influential personal credibility
* Communication/Influence - experience of working at different organisational levels from SMEs around the business to senior level stakeholders and sponsors
* Personal &Interpersonal Skills - ability to engage, influence and negotiate with a wide variety of colleagues at all levels in the organisation, building trusted relationships and working through others to achieve goals
* Problem Solving - Analysis and utilisation of data and insight to make changes and drive improvements
* Managing Risk - aligning service to key policies ensuring successful compliance to all audit requirements
Experience
* End to end recruitment experience, ideally from within a Financial Services environment
* Experience of designing and implementing a strategy and vision
* Experience of stakeholder management at a senior level and confident to represent area in senior meetings with senior internal and external stakeholders
* Proven track record of successful delivery
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable with dynamic and evolving environments
* Ability to work in a Matrix reporting environment with multiple stakeholders demonstrate capability to balance and prioritise competing demands
