Sopra Steria Recruitment is working in partnership with a major retail sector client in the UK. We are currently recruiting a Senior Recruiter for an initially 2-3 month contract based in London
Essential experience:
- Knowledge and experience of recruitment
- Experience with 360 recruitment
- Experience of recruiting on a specific business area, possibly Trading and or Marketing.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of resourcing technologies and social networking to build candidate pool.
- Experience of the various channels you can source through eg LinkedIn; DICE
- Specific knowledge and understanding of the commercial/procurement talent market and competition in different locations.
- Proven experience in developing and building strong relationships with key stakeholders; engaging effectively at all levels
- Knowledge to have role specific conversations with candidates and Hiring Managers.
