Description
Project Lead urgently required to work in Zurich, Switzerland on a 6 months contract basis.The candidate will be part of the global FFF program team where they will be accountable as project lead for the entire FFF project during the Plan and Implement phase for the HR function / HR process area. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all areas of change, communication, process, organization and people and program management are covered and regular alignment with program is done.
The ideal candidate must have 8+ years' of experience in similar projects as well as previous experience ideally in HR. The candidate must also have a functional understanding of HR and HR processes and experience in change management.
