Description
QA are looking for Communication Co-ordinator/Administrators to work on IT migration projects UK wide.
You will be required to provide a full administrative/scheduling support function which includes:
- Issuing communications in accordance with the agreed communications plan and communications distribution processes
- Monitoring a dedicated communications mailbox and facilitating user queries and responses
- Recording and tracking user responses using a communications tracker
- Logging Frequently Asked Questions and reporting them to the User Adoption Communications Manager
- Monitoring calendar invitations, chasing non responders and providing user invitation updates to the User Adoption Communications Manager.
- Organising and scheduling communication events on behalf of the User Adoption Communications Manager
Excellent written, organisational and communications skills are essential together with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work on your own initiative. You must also have a sound working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel)
Strong, previous administrative experience is essential together with previous experience of working on IT projects in a co-ordination role.
