Dimensional Control Inspector Spatial Analysis, Laser Trackers, Faro Arms - Engineering
Location: Barrow in Furness, Cumbria - commutable from Carnforth, Milnthorpe, Lancaster, Morecambe, Penrith, Workington, Whitehaven and The Lake District
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £30.07 per hour
Clearance: SC Clearance (must be willing and eligible to undergo, prior to project start date)

My client, a global Engineering organisation, is currently looking for a Dimensional Control Inspector to assist with Product inspections. The successful Dimensional Control Inspector will have demonstrable experience within the Engineering industry and will ideally have worked within large consultancies. The role of Dimensional Control Inspector will require strong Spatial Analysis, previous experience of Laser Trackers and. Faro Arms Candidates applying for the role of Dimensional Control Inspector must also have strong have prior working knowledge and experience of Understanding and interpretation of measurement equipment tolerances and ideally have experience within Defence.
Essential skills;
- Proven background as a Dimensional Control Inspector (ideally from a background in the Engineering industry)
- Previous experience of Faro Arms
- Demonstrable experience of Laser Trackers
- Extensive experience of Spatial Analysis
- Significant experience with measurement equipment
- Substantial experience of Calibrated Equipment
Desirable;
- Previous experience within the Engineering industry would be a distinct advantage
- Experience of Defence is highly desirable
