Senior Project Manager: Video Surveillance/Real Estate: Global Energy Co.
World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join the Real Estate IT Programme and manage the roll out for the new video surveillance platform.
About the Role:
- The company are just finalizing a pilot in Amsterdam and London and will now deploy this to new sites in Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.
- A typical roll-out would mean working with an 3rd party integrator to do a site survey and capture requirements, have site drawings created, integrator to order material and install camera's/wiring etc and a specific team configuring the video surveillance platform (Genetec) after which it will be acceptance tested with users.
- The PM would need to work directly with site focal points to manage the implementation (where the integrator would do the actual work on site) and manage issues and risks effectively.
- He/she will manage multiple site roll outs at once (4-8 at any given time).
- In addition there will be the project financial management, project status and stakeholder management (vendors, site focal points, Global Functions IT and Corporate Security) skills required.
- NL based given that the team and many stakeholders are located in The Hague.
This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
