Client Relationship Executive

The role will provide accurate and timely reporting, RFP (Request for Proposal) responses and other ad-hoc client information requests to our UK client base. This role will work closely with the relevant Fund Managers and the Head of Client Relations to ensure the continued delivery of a very high standard of investor communications.
- Support all UK investor relations activities
- Respond to investor requests both internally and monitoring via third party fund administrators.
- Sourcing data and completing RFPs for our pooled funds
- Collaborate with Solutions and Investment teams on fund data for client requests, industry databases and internal presentations.
- Maintain accurate investor records through Salesforce CRM system.
- Producing engaging client presentations
Skills
- Experience in client service/relations within real estate
- Ability to influence and understand client needs and exceptional communication skills
- A team player willing to get involved; ability to manage and drive forwards a number of projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail
- Competent user of Excel and Powerpoint
