Description
For a well attuned nearshoring team of Ruby on Rails and JavaScript Developers we are looking for an experienced QA.
The customer is a big German web portal with millions of users, located in Hamburg.
Tasks
- Draft a test strategy and plan
- Define test cases
- Writing automated tests (or learning to do so) and running them
- Working closely together with Product Owner, Developers et al. in an agile team to ensure high quality results
Experience/Skills
- Knowledge and experience with test automation of web applications, ideally written in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript (React)
- Ability to run your tests through Selenium (Must Have)
- Optional: ChromeDriver, Cucumber, Capybara, Rspec
- Experience working in an agile team (Scrum, Kanban) using a ticket system like Jira
- Master or Bachelor in Computer Science or comparable background/working experience
- Good English skills

Details
Main location: Krakow, AKRA Polska Office
Offsite work: At least 2 weeks onboarding in Hamburg is required, as well as working for a week in the Hamburg office twice a year.
