SKILLS/DESCRIPTION: Control and monitor the Actual Route Transversal team
- Coordinate different teams for multiple releases by accurately reporting their progress
- Raise the corresponding impediments in the Weekly meetings and huddles
- Support the successful delivery of the solution
- Hands-on delivery experience by helping the delivery team to identify the right solution taking into account possible technical variables of scalability, performance and data integrity.
- Support the arbitration of the best architecture to make sure all stakeholders are aware of the risks and benefits.
- Weekly report of the progress of the activities with the tracking
- Raise the impediments as part of the weekly report and identify them
- Weekly report with the potential issues in the short term to align the delivery
