Main tasks:
- Responsible for the planning, implementation, execution and management of observational/non-interventional studies
- Manages clinical outsourcing to CROs and other vendors
- May author, review and approve various study related documents and plans
- Evaluates issues, interprets data, and suggests and implements solutions and mitigation
- Leads cross-functional teams
- Responsible for the oversight and management of study timelines and relevant budgets (e.g. with CROs)
Main qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in scientific/health care field
- Profound experience in clinical research within pharmaceutical company or CRO
- Fluent oral and written English
- Highly adaptive and flexible
