Description

For our life-science client based in Fribourg, Switzerland, we are looking for a:

SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR

Major Accountabilities:

* Provide operational excellence by managing all transactions for inbound and outbound shipments

* Ensure compliance to month-end and year-end financial reporting requirements, adhering to reporting timetables with accurate and punctual clearance of transactions to achieve operational excellence

* Act as controller for destroyed goods at all locations

* Manage and approve market returns mainly from EMEA region, maintain return policy and ensure compliance of return approval process

* Ensure supply chain and trading environment compliance with appropriate regulatory authorities.

* Responsible of month end inventory reconciliation by supplying and analyzing data to ensure SAP and other inventory locations systems match both in value and volume

* Provide customer and operational excellence by supporting all product launches / extensions / discontinuations / special promotions for EMEA Region

* Provide operational support for the Easy ordering system and daily monitoring of open transactions for supply chain in SAP which includes error messages analysis, ticket follow up and issues resolution

Education (minimum/desirable): Higher Education in Supply Chain or Business Administration

Experience:

* Health Care / Medical Device industry

* Inventory controls / Transport / Freight Management

* Worked several year in an international trading organization

* Experience in Finance and Marketing is bonus

Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English.
