And as one of our Performance Insights Managers you'll play a key role that matters greatly in our Marketing Performance function - contributing as part of an expert team of analytical marketing managers to deliver world class reporting on our campaigns and brands.

You would be responsible for:

Delivering regular and ad hoc campaign assessments for marketing communication program

Making action-orientated recommendations - telling the story' of campaign performance across ATL channels

The effective visualisation of campaign performance outputs

Meeting regular reporting deadlines whilst prioritising and juggling short-term tactical ad hoc reporting requests within the team

Building the capability and expertise levels in junior colleagues and sister teams

Working with other teams on shaping any new reporting as part of the ongoing improvements work to marketing reporting

We are looking for the following in you:

Experience gained across all aspects of B2C (and potentially B2B) marketing, with an appetite and aptitude for data-led insight or a background in Marketing Effectiveness gained in the B2C space

A deep understanding of brand and campaign measurement and conversion strategies throughout the purchase funnel

A knowledge of digital and content marketing and its measurement

A level of data literacy (VBA, Excel, SQL etc.) using multiple data sources to enable you to challenge, confirm and draw out insights and conclusions

A knowledge of consumer research methodologies/applications and the ability to map research results to commercial and business outcomes

Experience in translating complex concepts and insights into accessible and straightforward recommendations and impactful visual materials for audiences up to Divisional Board level

Experience of customer segment-led approach to marketing activities and reporting We'll look to marry these skills together and give you additional analytical tools and experiences to help you become a full rounded Marketing Effectiveness Professional.
