Description
My client, an NHS organisation based in the Yorkshire area, is currently recruiting fora Category Manager for an initial 3 month period. The contract is offered on a full time basis and is inside scope for IR35. The successful candidate will have OJEU experience and be CIPS qualified, preferably with healthcare/public sector experience.
Key Skills/Experience
- Demonstrable experience within Category management, ideally within the Healthcare/Public sector
- Strong knowledge of OJEU procurement's/tenders and EU procurement law
- The ability to deliver cost savings within the allocated category, in accordance with the organisations saving plan
- Experience of either Estates and Facilities or IT category management
- Experience of contracts management and knowledge of tender processes would be advantageous for this role
- CIPS qualification
