We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the "Big 4" financial consultancy firms who are seeking Fluent German speaking Customer Response Handlers.
This is an initial 6- month contract with a view to extend looking to pay £150 per day. This role will be based in Gatwick situated close to Gatwick train station, 30 minute commute from London OR Brighton.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer support in-line with client's guidance, responding to queries and giving necessary information
Handle and respond to inbound telephone calls coming from German-speaking customers
Ensure that all guidance and information provided to customers is in line with the client's standards to maintain customer satisfaction and brand image
Occasional requirement to work outside of core hours to support the project
Experience/Skills Required:
Fluent in German
Minimum 1 years' customer contact handling experience, ideally within Financial Services (candidates with a university degree in lieu of experience will also be considered)
Experience of dealing with customers both on the phone and in writing in a regulated environment
PC skills (Word and Excel)
Strong literacy/numeracy
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work to demanding deadlines (workflow & time management)
Ability to attain and maintain specified quality and production targets.
Ability to work independently & as part of a rapidly changing team
Demonstrate an ability to work with honesty, integrity and trustworthiness
Maintain high standards of professionalism and competence
Good communication skills
Good letter writing skills
Good telephony skills
