My client, a FTSE 100 Media company based in London, is looking for a Process Lead to conduct a full Group-wide HR process review ahead of their Workday implementation to ensure compatibility and business readiness.
This is a 3-6 month piece of consultancy for a global organisation and the opportunity to help shape their global HR processes, paving the way for successful technology-led transformation.
My client is looking for a Process Improvement expert with significant Workday experience. The ideal candidate will come from a top tier management consultancy, will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and exemplary stakeholder & change management skills.
