Our client is seeking Senior Business Analyst to work with the functional users and technical staff to translate complex business requirements and process workflows into systems requirements used for the development of complex information systems. Once the requirements are documented, the Senior Business Analyst will facilitate meetings and discussions with the functional users and technical staff to assure that the requirements are accurately represented in the business requirements documents. Based on meetings and discussions, the Senior Business Analyst will refine and edit the requirements until agreed upon by the Stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- 6-8 years job-related experience
- Strong process analysis and documentation skills; experience on projects to develop workflow-based enterprise software
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills; ability to tailor communication to different audiences, such as management, stakeholders, users, SMEs, developers, and others
- Ability to lead others to articulate business processes and complex workflows.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with both functional area experts and technical team members
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
