Our client are a large local government organisation and are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join their team. This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right candidate. Our client is looking for someone who can come on board and help develop and implement and organisational change programme across their Resources department. This will mainly focus on Customer Services and Digital Services which have undergone significant change.
The successful applicant will lead complex organisational transformation projects and manage multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver organisational and culture change. You will work with the Director of HR and OD to develop strategies for employee engagements and culture change.
To be considered for this role you will be an experienced Change Manager with experience of delivering service redesign and change projects to improve service delivery and savings. You will also have experience of delivering change in a large organisation.
