Senior ERP Project Manager
Belgium
6 months initial
€600 to €800 per day.
A senior ERP Project Manager is required to manage multiple projects on an Oracle Cloud transformation. 6 month contract, based in Belgium.
Key Responsibilities/duties
PM to perform the day-to-day running of 3 projects:
- Design, build, test and deploy of de-scoped items
- Closing out open design issues, and building the plan for re-starting
- Managing a 3rd party to define a Cloud Solution Blueprint to validate the feasibility of moving from Oracle on premise to Oracle Cloud.
Key skills required
* Senior PM with ERP implementation experience (preferably Oracle but not essential)
* Able to manage changes (requirements/scope + organisation) for both business and IT
* Able to manage resistance & autonomous teams
* A dynamic individual who is a strong communicator with good stakeholder management skills and able to align IT and the business
* Knowledge of ERP processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Projects) - IT & Business
* Can be the bridge between IT and Business
* Able to define and track an MS Project plan
* Weekly status reporting and Budget management
* Experience in building and executing detailed Cutover and Transition plans
Desirable/Beneficial skills
* Ideal: Experience in mergers/Business Transitions
* Ideal: Knowledge of retail processes & integration POS with ERP
* Ideal: Knowledge of Oracle ERP (Fusion/EBS)
