Finance Administrator - 6 month contract - based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge - paying c£18 to £20 per hour
Skills and Experience:
- Proven administration experience within a fast-paced International organization supporting Senior Level Management
- This role requires high levels of accountability, integrity and the ability to be an excellent team player
- Forward thinking with excellent communication and organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Proven knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and systems would be advantageous, ie Zinc, CMS, etc.
- Experience with data management and MS Office (Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint)
Role and Responsibilities:
Administrative support to the VP Finance EMEA team:
- Management of multiple complex diaries and schedules
- Co-coordinating and booking meetings (external and internal)
- Organization of extensive Global travel arrangements
- Management of Purchase Order creation, tracking and receipting
- Management of the team budget including payments and reporting
- Processing of team expenses
- Responsible for coordinating team events
- Tracking and building meeting agendas, minute taking when needed
- Administrator for the EMEA Commercial Portal and supporting the team with document management
- Supporting training and induction for new colleagues and company Administrators
- Providing holiday cover for Finance Department Administrators
