My financial services client are seeking an experienced Change professional to work within their Glasgow based office. You will receive a competitive daily rate and be working within an Industry leader.
I am keen to hear from people who have worked within Change, Compliance and Infrastructure environments and have been involved in identification and escalation of process improvements.
You will also have experience of measuring and reporting on SLA's, KPIs and trending/appropriate metrics.

* ITIL v3 foundation certification

* Previous experience of working with internal/external audit and regulators
* Previous experience of IT at a Financial Services organization
