Description
Our client, a large financial services organisation based in Halifax, is looking for a Customer Rectification Manager for an initial 4 month contract.
The role will pay £259 per day.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing customer treatment strategies for identified customer cohorts, analysing and interpreting information to ensure treatments align to agreed principles. You will manage individual rectifications using Project Management principles and develop and agree plans for individual rectifications with stakeholders and Rectifications Leads and manage these plans end to end.
You will have:
*Proven experience of managing Customer Rectifications
*Strong understanding of Rectification processes and Customer Treatment Strategies
*Understanding of Project Management
*Experience from financial services
*Experience of Change Management, particularly regarding Customer Rectifications
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
