A Federal Government Department in Canberra is seeking the services of a Senior Business Analyst.
Contract Period: Aug 2018 to Feb 2019 (with possible extension options)
The Senior Business Analyst shall:
- Advance thinking about how DevOps principles will apply to its stakeholders;
- Document current and future state processes to inform process changes and ICT tool selection;
- Liaise with external stakeholders;
- Assist in defining and delivering change management outcomes;
- Manage conflicting priorities;
- Provide schedule estimates into project planning;
- Deliver against agreed timeframes;
- Define dependencies regarding the DevOps capability;
- Work closely with technical and non-technical members of the project team and stakeholders;
- Assist in driving cultural change;
Skills, Experience and Training being sought:
- Proven extensive 10+ years Business Analyst experience defining current and future state business processes
- Qualifications as a Business Analyst
- Experience in change management.
- Using strong analytical skills to define and document DevOps processes and capabilities
- Strong and effective stakeholder liaison skills both written and verbal
- Managing multiple stakeholders of varied levels of authority
- Working within medium to large scale complex ICT environments
