Slovene speaking PMO urgently required for interesting contract in Slovenia.
The Slovene speaking PMO will be Responsible for the following:
- Support local site in assuring the successful execution of the Security Remediation program onsite
- Establish Project site governance and standing contact into site
- Harmonize and standardize our global project/program process to the site
- Ensure harmonization of used PM Standards, Guidelines & Templates
- Assure & measure quality & compliance by Design
- Represent global team ensuring successful local rollout & cutover
The Slovene speaking PMO will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
- Be key support for site project in all tasks related to Project/Program
- Support usage of global methods and templates
- Regular alignment with key local stakeholders
- Build and secure quality mechanisms, metrics and regulations
- Assure communication/information & training for rollout and cutover
- Define and execution local project/program plan by creation, maintenance and execution of local project in collaboration with the Program global teams
- Support local SpoC with weekly program and regular stakeholder reporting
- Be always very responsive and control tasks onsite until they are solved
- Create local supportive network for Project and Site
