Main tasks:
- Release/Rejection of Flutiform Market Batches
- Review and approval of Master Batch records (manufacturing & packaging)
- Compilation and review of all the batch records (manufacturing & analytic)
- Review of the packaging records and ensure conformity of the packaging artworks for the different territories
- Documenting and certifying the processes leading up to the release of finished products
- Provide support for the management of the deviations and investigations related to flutiform market batches, including internal reporting, root cause analysis and surveillance of the implementation of corrective actions where applicable.
- Handling of flutiform market complaints
- Perform initial assessment of the complaints
- Coordination of investigation with internal departments and suppliers
- All tasks are coordinated with the QA Team Leader and thereafter performed independently
Main qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in science with demonstrable QA experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of Quality systems related standards
- Able to exercise sound judgement in resolving matters of moderate complexity or escalating matters appropriately
- Good organizational skills and continuous improvement mind
- Autonomous, reactive and flexible
- Good computer skills
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages will be an asset
