CRM Business Analyst
Tremendous opportunity for a CRM Business Analyst to join a top notch team working on MS Dynamics projects.
You will map complex existing systems, evaluate functionality and user experience, act as an internal consultant to stakeholders at all levels across the business, gather business requirements of internal and external clients and translate them to functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, collaborate with team members to create and obtain signoff of business requirements (BRD), partner closely with IT team for creation of functional business requirements (FRD) and Functional Design, facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, document meeting minutes and follow up on action items with key stakeholders, be a liaison and interface between the business and technical teams, lead prioritization of requirements, assist with end to end implementation planning, write & review test scripts, manage UAT with end users, prepare user documentation and training documentation, drive business process improvements, and provide status updates and reports.
You will be working in an open (no cubes or offices) Agile and collaborative environment that is high energy and very fast paced.
This is a 5 month contract in the Perimeter area. Exciting opportunity to make an impact on CRM projects. There could be some limited (up to 10%) travel to another office.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 4+ years as a Business Analyst
- 2+ years of strong CRM experience (prefer MS Dynamics)
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Requirements analysis
- Strong documentation experience including BRDs, FRDs, user guides, presentations and building process flows, data diagrams, and as is vs to be state diagrams.
- Critical thinker
