IT Service Desk Analyst

One of my clients is urgently looking for a IT Service Desk Analyst for 6 month contract in Schipol-RIjk.

The IT Service Desk Analyst will have:

  • Good oral and written communication skills - English Required
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other IT Regional Specialists and cross-functional technical team members to support deadlines; ability to work independently as well.
  • Strong attitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment.
  • Creative approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with competing deadlines.
  • Ability to travel to the client sites for installations, troubleshooting, user training, and relationship management.
  • Ability to maintain records for assets and orders.
  • Punctuality a must.
