IT Service Desk Analyst
One of my clients is urgently looking for a IT Service Desk Analyst for 6 month contract in Schipol-RIjk.
The IT Service Desk Analyst will have:
- Good oral and written communication skills - English Required
- Ability to work collaboratively with other IT Regional Specialists and cross-functional technical team members to support deadlines; ability to work independently as well.
- Strong attitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment.
- Creative approach to problem solving.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with competing deadlines.
- Ability to travel to the client sites for installations, troubleshooting, user training, and relationship management.
- Ability to maintain records for assets and orders.
- Punctuality a must.
