Sales Assistant_ Sales/ Quotation PreparationDescription:
For one of our client we are looking for Sales Assistant_ Sales/ Quotation Preparation in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Solution design:
* Development of concepts and suggested solutions in the area of migration from ALLIP from TDM technology to IP.
* According to the customer's needs the right product and offer the customer advice: Creation of needs-oriented Solution designs.
* Merge and Describing the different Clarification of an overall solution.
* Coordination and integration of internal and external service partners or suppliers.
* Checking and verifying the developed Solution with sales and/or customer.
Sales Support:
* Technical and commercial support of sales and customers in the area of ENT Communication products for migration to ALLIP.
* Independent processing of product-specific queries in the Communications.
* Provision of facts and figures for contract negotiations and Preparation of design-relevant Documents for customer presentations.
* If partly with active part at the Customer meeting.
* Contact for technical and commercial inquiries about imported products.
Quotation preparation:
* Supporting sales in pricing, taking the market situation into account.
* Preparation of transparent, needs-oriented and commercially balanced offers based on technical feasibility and appropriateness of the solution to the customer's needs.
* Preparation of the contract documents and initiation of the internal order.
Education:
* Bachelor's degree or Maters or relevant experience
Languages:
* English - fluent written /spoken
* Fluent French
* Good German
