Support for Instrument Qualification (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Support the instrument qualification and re-qualification of new and existing instruments of the phys-chem QC laboratory operating under cGMP; special focus: qualification of climate chambers
- Technically review of filled documents that are provided by external qualification service
- Assess the qualification documents for their correctness in respect to completeness, good documentation practice and cGMP compliance
- Assess the qualification data provided for compliance with the defined acceptance criteria
- Prepare the qualification data for final QA check and review
- Interact with Lonza DPS instrument’s responsible to provide status update, address unexpected results and non-conformities
- Support in solving unexpected results and non-conformities
Main qualifications
- Strong background in instrument qualification under cGMP
- Good experience with the broad variety of instruments in a phys-chem QC laboratory (from pH, color, subvis particles to HPLC, CE and icIEF) is a plus, deeper knowledge on qualification of stability chambers and fridges/freezers is requirement
- Strong knowledge in good documentation practice under cGMP
- Profound experience in cGMP lab including instrument qualification
- Working experience in lab environment to understand the operation of the instruments
- Good reporting, interpretation and documentation of scientific results
