Business Analysts with Project Management Experience and experience in Capital Markets come join our team working in the historic city of Luxembourg for a major European Institution.
You will be a part of a team working to ensure stability and regulation of markets across Europe, ensuring that the technology and processes are ready to support intervention and regulation of the Markets.
Tasks will include:
- Documenting business needs, identifying viable solutions that address these business needs, and/or contributing to the design and implementation of systems, processes, reports and controls.
- Working closely with business users, the IT and operations division and post-trade service providers.
- Providing support in project management and assisting in coordinating any other change initiatives
- Executing project management and business analysis related deliverables such as planning, budgeting, requirements document, process descriptions, status reports, test plan, etc.

- 10 years' experience with performing business analysis in the Capital Markets infrastructure including (I)CSD, CCP and/or securities settlement system (eg T2S)
- Excellent general understanding of the functioning of Capital Markets
- Project management experience
- Functional knowledge of trading systems, and MUREX in particular, is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Meeting and workshop facilitation experience
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written (a test may be requested)
