IT Change Manager Sharepoint

My client requires an experienced Change Manager to join their project.

Experienced Required:

  • At least 7 years of relevant professional experience covering all areas of change management related to software/technology projects

  • A mastering of office tools like MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel, MS-Visio

  • Knowledge of SharePoint collaboration sites

  • Excellent English language skills.

  • Experience in documentation and report writing and presentation

  • Experience in business analysis/functional analysis (software development life cycles)

  • Team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Strong sense of commitment and problem solving attitude.

The tasks/activities will include:

  • Creation of support materials

    1. Creation of help pages, user manuals, user FAQs

    a. Software manuals

    b. Process and policy descriptions

    c. Descriptions of roles & responsibilities

    2. Incorporate/adapt existing material and commercially available material

    3. Solicit user feedback and improve materials
