Role requirements
- The main focus of the role is on continuously optimising operational performance and common capabilities to achieve true operational excellence globally, working with stakeholders from across the organisation.
- The role is based in Amsterdam and responsible for design and execution of the clients' transformation strategy in all Challenger and Growth countries and for coordinating all local COOs and combined 6000+ Operations staff.
- The role of the Global Transformation Manager/Strategic Transformation Manager is to drive the design and execution of the clients 1.4bn EUR/year transformation programme in Challenger and Growth countries.
- Countries range from Europe to Asia and Australia, covering Retail and Wholesale customers and SMEs.
Skills required
We are looking for strategic "transformers" who have a knack for delivering business change in complex international environments.
Skills requirements include_
- 3-5 years in a project/programme and change management role - excellent track record in planning, executing, controlling projects in a global context with experience in managing Matrix/virtual teams
- Experienced in waterfall and agile project methodologies and certified in programme and project management
- Experienced in design and implementation of benefit management frameworks
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking a plus
- MBA preferred/Consulting experience required. Very strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Excellent written & spoken English essential. Multiple languages preferred.

Rate: Market rate

Start date: ASAP
Contract duration: 3 months rolling contract (Long term opportunity). Contract to Perm option also available.
