Description
The staff member must have:
At least 7 years of relevant professional experience covering all areas of change management related to software/technology projects
A mastering of office tools like MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel, MS-Visio
Knowledge of SharePoint collaboration sites
Excellent English language skills.
Experience in documentation and report writing and presentation
Experience in business analysis/functional analysis (software development life cycles)
Team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong sense of commitment and problem solving attitude.
The tasks/activities will include:
Creation of support materials
1. Creation of help pages, user manuals, user FAQs
a. Software manuals
b. Process and policy descriptions
c. Descriptions of roles & responsibilities
2. Incorporate/adapt existing material and commercially available material
3. Solicit user feedback and improve materials
Communication activities
1. Prepare project communication: draft articles and presentations
2. Document and follow-up on user feedback
3. Moderate user feedback sessions with key users and stakeholders
Assistance with project activities
1. Assist users with business acceptance testing
2. Clarify business requirements
3. Provide assistance with gathering and maintaining business requirements for future soft-ware releases
Training and staff readiness
1. Prepare training outlines and prepare training material
3. Deliver ad-hoc training to key users
