Description
Eximius are working with a technology solutions provider who require a Genesys omni-channel contact centre solutions/business consultant to work with a key financial services client in Saudi Arabia on a contract basis. This will require you to base yourself in Saudi Arabia at least Monday to Friday for the duration of the contract.
You will be assisting the client by understanding the business/operational requirements for their contact centre solution. This will require experience with the Genesys product suite but you do not need strong technical knowledge for this role. If you have worked in a client facing project or programme management role on a large scale Genesys implementation from the start would be of interest.
You will need to be able to communicate your ideas and experience confidently with the end client.
