Main tasks:
- Savings Methodology and Tool design and Rollout
- Create Procurement savings methodology handbook and rollout the concepts globally in SIG (Finance and Procurement)
- Lead the implementation of Savings planning and tracking module in strategic procurement suite of tools - including user guides and training sessions
- Indirect Procurement 2019 budget process:
- Lead and coordinate the 2019 target setting and budgeting process for Indirect procurement categories and Savings initiatives
- Ensure inclusion of savings in Budgeted spend
- Support and upgrade Procurement controlling BI tools ( QlikView Technology) :
- Enhance Spend cube by improving mapping of data: Supplier - categories, Suppliers - Group Supplier
- Develop Payables and Payment terms tools
- Establish management reporting dashboards/Monthly summaries for effective running of the Procurement function
Main qualifications
- Profound controlling experience, especially in the savings management
- Controlling experience in the procurement area is a definite plus
- Working with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel) is a must
- English fluent (German is a plus)
