Description
Omni-Channel Business Analyst required to join a leading global end user currently deploying new Omni-Channel, POS & Salesforce solution across Europe. The role offers excellent rates and the chance to work with one of the largest global Retail conglomerates. Based in Milan, Italy.
Initial 3 month contract with the opportunity to extend long term. There is flexibility to work remotely part of the time in this position.
Omni-Channel Business Analyst key deliverables;
- Facilitate and run customer workshops
- Documentation of customer requirements
- Map process flows
- Define functional requirements
- Work closely with the CRM Project Manager to support the implementation
- RAID management
Omni-Channel Business Analyst key skills:
- 5+ years Business Analyst experience
- Proven experience facilitating & running workshops
- Proven experience working as a BA on Omni-Channel projects
- Strong knowledge of the fashion industry
- Exposure to following systems is beneficial - IBM WCS, Salesforce, Oracle Xstore, SAP CAR
- Strong stakeholder & vendor management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Business acumen to support business decision and work with senior business leaders
- Self-managing and self-motivating: solving problems with limited supervision and with a high degree of success, seeking out consensus and issue resolution actively
